traci j . appointment with dr. kinberly wagner i usually arrive 15 minutes early before my appointments with dr. wagner - check-in is quick and efficient - a , "... would you like some coffee?" is asked (although, we are adults, and should be able to help ourselves to the cups without be monitored). my wait time for dr. wagner is always prompt with a warm welcome from shannon. dr. wagner is a jewel. she listens, is attentive, shows true concern, and is compassionate regarding my well being. however, the finale stop is the check-out process in setting my next appointment. if the receptionists are on the phone or helping another patient, there should be a sign stating: please have a seat and the next available schedular will be with you shortly. thank you. or something to that effect...because, i always feel awkward just standing there not knowing who to go to, or, who is available. susan s. life saver!
